Sleepy Reaper Tattoo is located at 6901 Seybold Rd. in Madison, WI near the West Towne Mall.

We are located in a stand alone building with parking directly in front of the building.

All of our artists book their own appointments. The shop does not handle any booking.

Please reach out directly to the artist you are interested in booking with. If the artist’s books are open, you can contact them through their contact page on this website or send them a DM on Instagram.

Sleepy Reaper Tattoo is mainly appointment based and rarely take walk-ins. We recommend calling before coming in to check if we have availability for a walk-ins.

Please bring a photo I.D. You must be at least 18 years old in order to get tattooed.

Please wear clothing that allows easy access to the area that will be tattooed.

Feel free to bring a water and/or sugary beverage.

Feel free to bring a snack or small lunch, especially if you are expecting to be here for several hours. You may also order food to the shop during your appointment.

Feel free to bring your own entertainment (i.e. headphones, podcasts, book, etc.)

Soap: Unscented antibacterial hand soap (dial gold, clear soft-soap, etc.)

Moisturizer: Aquaphor or Aquaphor Spray (preferred) and unscented white lotion (lubriderm, gold bond, etc.)

Children are not allowed in the tattoo studio, especially if they are young and will need attention during the tattoo.

Friend or partners are welcome to join you at your appointment. However, tattooing takes a long time and can be very boring for those not getting tattooed. We do not suggest they plan to be there during the entire tattoo.
